How do I reserve?
Simple! You can call us or send an email and we will help you place your order and gladly answer any questions you might have
Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely! IN THE ZONE's courteous drivers will deliver and set up for your event. Insuring that all products are clean and in good working condition well before the start of your event, returning to tear down at the end. Setup times vary depending on the event size.
Are you insured?
YES, we carry a $5,000,000 liability policy. We can provide insurance information upon request.
Is a deposit required to reserve?
When placing your order we require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve your unit. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. We accept Cash, Cheque, EFT, Debit, or Credit Card for your convenience.
Are the rides and inflatables safe?
Yes. Our rides and inflatables are constructed to be as safe as possible. Supervision is mandatory to ensure a few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is available to assist children entering and exiting.

What if I have to cancel?
Please call us at least 5 days before your party date; this gives us a chance to rebook the unit for another party. We will keep any paid rental fees for 12 months toward any future order.
If you cancel less than 5 days from your scheduled event date, we will keep any paid rental fees for 12 months toward any future order. If you place your order with us less than 5 days from your party there are no cancellations.

If you are canceling due to weather, and it is raining or too windy the day of your party, please call us if you would like to cancel, before 9 am the day of your party. If you cancel your reservation with us, due to weather, you will have a credit for a future rental with us. If you keep the rental and the weather turns and becomes wet or too windy, there are no credits or refunds.
